Avis Fleet’s courtesy vehicle service does not apply to rental vehicles repaired within the same day and is only provided when the repair of your rental vehicle takes more than 1 business day.

You may utilize Avis Fleet’s courtesy vehicle service when the repair of the vehicle you rented from Avis Fleet takes more than 1 business day. The time it takes to provide courtesy vehicles varies according to the province.
While a courtesy vehicle may be provided in no later than 24 hours in Istanbul, the company policy for other provinces is a maximum of 48 hours.
We make sure that the courtesy vehicle provided to you as part of Avis Fleet’s courtesy vehicle service meets certain conditions as well. You will be provided with a courtesy vehicle that is of similar standards to your rental vehicle.
