Application Process
- To receive a quote from Avis Filo, please click here and fill out the application form.
- Please make sure to enter the code “TİCARİ23” in the “Notes” field while filling out the application form.
- You can schedule a free appraisal appointment at one of our Otokoç 2. El branches to determine the final value of your old vehicle and sell it to Otokoç.
- Once the notarized sale is submitted to Otokoç, the Used Vehicle Discount Campaign will be applied, providing a special discount on the monthly prices of the new vehicle(s) you plan to lease.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is exclusive to commercial vehicle leases. You have the opportunity to lease vehicles under the campaign privileges equivalent to the number of vehicles you sell to Otokoç 2. El. For example, when you sell two passenger or commercial vehicles to Otokoç, you will be eligible for a discount that applies to two new commercial vehicle leases.
- The amount corresponding to the price of the vehicle you sell to Otokoç 2. El will be paid to you in cash. Payments for your new vehicle lease will be processed through your Otokoç DBS at Yapı Kredi. The Finance Unit of Otokoç will determine the lease rate for the relevant DBS account after reviewing your financial data.
- Customers with a valid tax registration certificate will be eligible for a discount of up to 10% on long-term vehicle leases (12 – 36 months). The offer is subject to stock and availability.
- The campaign is valid until 31.12.2024.
- Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş reserves the right to change the vehicle models, lease prices, and whether or not to lease.
- The actualization of the offer is be contingent upon a positive evaluation of your company's financial data.
- The vehicle prices remain valid for a period of 3 days starting from the offer date and are subject to availability.
- A price offer does not imply any commitment on the part of Avis to lease the vehicle offered. The final decision regarding the leasing rests solely with Avis.
- Avis prepares the offer based on current prices and economic conditions and reserves the right to revise the price offer in case of any changes in the economy or the costs.
- Once the offer is accepted, the terms of the lease will be established through a contract to be signed by and between the parties involved.
- Offer includes Damage Coverage (Automobile Insurance), AVIS Replacement Vehicle Support, All Periodic Maintenance, Annual Banderole (MTV) Fees, Compulsory Traffic Insurance Fees, and Theft Coverage. Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş will provide a new set of tires every 50,000 kilometers.
- Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. will assume full responsibility for all damages covered by the Damage (Automobile Insurance) Coverage, contingent to the submission of a damage assessment report or an official police/gendarme report. The offer includes mini coverage (minor damage repair upon statement).
- The vehicles are delivered and can be returned to the provinces agreed upon with Avis.
Used Vehicle Purchase Terms & Conditions
- Vehicles that meet at least one of the criteria below are exempt from the purchase offer.
- Modified Airbag,
- Modified roof (painted/changed),
- Faulty, damaged, and/or has a record of heavy damage,
- Modified chassis,
- Flood/water damage in TRAMER records,
- Theft record,
- Older than 15 years old,
- Less than one month until its next periodical inspection,
- Mileage of over 260,000 kilometers.
- Vehicles that have not accumulated 6,000 kilometers or more since their initial registration and have been registered within the last 6 months are also exempt.
